Unpredictable and untamable Loki is the embodiment of fire. His cunning often works in the Aesir's favor, but sometimes it turns against them. It was thanks to Loki that the gods acquired the hammer Mjölnir and the spear Gungnir, but they also lost Baldr because of the trickster.
