You'll achieve the bifrost levels, if you follow these instructions.
Add shields so that your shield time matches the required amount of shields. For example, if you are doing level 1, add shields until your total shields is 2wks. Then break that shield by whatever means you want - attack a town, scout a town, start an OS. This breaking of shield can also be done at once or in parts. You can break a 2wk shield or you can break 14 one day shields. After breaking shield, you can stay unshielded or shield again, doesn't matter.
When you have done all the gems and broken all the shields for whatever level you are doing, wait about 3 hours, and then restart game. You can play for the waiting time if you wish.
