1- send support a request --> Remove the stronghold requirement of 16 spaces between strongholds like they had it set up previously in the game a year or two ago.
2- When they reply with their automated reply to get player permission or to create a strong hold.. Give them all 1 star review and say no problem was not solved.
3- This escalates the ticket to talk to a real person. and creates a backlog.
