For each level destroy 10 level 35 buildings.
Rebuild after u get echievement.
My friend is at level 8. Lvl 9 and 10 no confirmation yet.

Also at least must be 31 level town...

Hey 02-06-2020 06:54You all know that you can have lv35 RSS buildings with lv34 palace, nothing is confirmed until you see a lv33 palace with planner achievement

Idk 19-05-2020 08:15I know people claimed this to only work with level 35, but i decided to try with level 26, just did it, will say the result in 3 hours, btw palace is lvl 26 so the buildings were max lvl with the palace

What the point to have an achievement giving building speed if you already are at max lvl???
My thoughts are you have to destroy buildings AT THE SAME LVL of your palace. Since there's always adifference between your palace lvl and your city buildings until you lvlup your palace. This difference disappear at lvl 35. That's why it seems only lvl 35 works.

Annie Oakley 27-08-2020 23:11I had the same question UNTIL... I realized that when Plarium does the big update in the December time frame, they will most likely include new buildings based on what I have seen and what's been disclosed. Wth doing this achievement you will have a strong boost in those future buildings. Plus, the level 10 reward for this achievement is 115 M gold which I will never turn down. Hope this helps.

lvl I-V 10 buildings 35.
i can confirm up to lvl3 at the moment.
but no doubts that its right. so lvl VI 15 and lvl VII 25.
