Rickk 17-01-2021 21:40You can get some if you join the Northern Brotherhood (a monthly fee - I believe I paid $5 the first time, then they wanted $20 for the next month) and complete the 100 point Monthly Quest. I've seen mention that they are available in the Clan store, but I didn't see them when I looked today - not even to equip for clan member to purchase. Last place is supposed to be in the Bank offers, but as has been said - I don't know that I've seen them recently there either, but I wasn't really focused on getting them, which puts me in a spot because I want to move, too.
