Dejtemir 09-09-2024 02:16Yes, all of tier 7 are good including scouts (training tier 7 scouts is a great choice if you have a lot of silver but not much of other resources)

Dejtemir 09-09-2024 02:18My comment refers to level 8 and level 14 (train tier VII). For low level skin you can train any tier even tier 1.
