WHT 16-08-2022 10:57I have spent more than 3 billion of all to achieve level 11 but nothing happened!!! Is using soul shards to make T8 troops does not count? When I was using it for knowledge it worked before but when I started using it for T8 nothing happened!!!

yes 14-06-2022 13:45Lvl 11-15 might be use only and no collection. think this is the case with runic coins so my geuss is same with the other rss.
