Mike 11-12-2022 03:04Same for me for level 10, I got stones gold and coins from store, then done my level 9 and once I got that I spent the rest for level 10 4 billion stone 4 billion gold and 12 million coins ans nothing, think you need to get each amount fir the next level after the previous one has been completed, possibly!!!

Kurt 17-08-2023 11:31OK, just got lvl 10 needed to get & use 1.5 B shards, I ended up acquiring 1.7 B (1.55B purchased and 172M earned) so I think you have to earn a portion of the amount of shards needed. Not sure what that portion is but the gold and coins weren't an issue.

Kurt 04-08-2023 06:02yes it does, however; I think there is something wrong with the info here, Ive acquired and spent far more coins, gold, and shards then the requirements say mostley by purchasing and didn't aquire the last 3 upgrades until well afterwards, may haveearned the gold and coins without buying in the store, but there's no way I've come close to getting the shards I've needed without buying them.

You need to make sure, that you receive AND spend the correct amounts AFTER you have already received the level proir to the current one.

WHT 16-08-2022 10:57I have spent more than 3 billion of all to achieve level 11 but nothing happened!!! Is using soul shards to make T8 troops does not count? When I was using it for knowledge it worked before but when I started using it for T8 nothing happened!!!
