i got lvl 3 now i use today 20 boosts and use again like 4 so in total 24 but i would like to say 26 to be in safe side and you get it lvl 3
try to heal some troops between each lose it may be some reason but i dont think it will be on this but keep that too + use any asier too
that's all what i do in each of it
Because the archivment you can get by lvl 1 palace but enter hellheim by lvl 10 palace. So this makes no sense if you can get it by lvl 1 but boosts by lvl 10.
I have set for 50 minutes the 500% offense and defense boosters and the 3250% booster, and did not do anything, just waited what happend, and i got the lvl1 achievement.
