honk 12-08-2021 23:29Had to do lvl 2 twice. It worked as I did it in the order showed above. Meaning activate in this order 1. Troop Enlargement 2. Offense 3. Defense.

meme 12-08-2021 03:35not working for Lv5 city (was playing champion until it was blocked for Lv1-9 and got tons of bonous rewards ). I'll try now Level 12 andf update.

Sleepy 10-08-2021 04:06They left off the gather the Boosts part, and if you read the comments below it took 30 of each for level 5, not 25.

Sleepy 05-08-2021 21:56I'm starting to think that the Boosts are only part of the solution. Every time I have received a level I have done some sort of attack - Jotunhiem, Siege, Towns. This last level I paid closer attention and during all my attacks I only used a single tier of troop and even after using all the Boosts I did not receive the level until I attacked with a different tier of troop. I'm thinking that multiple tiers of troops on an attack may also be a part of the requirement.
