Thats also why this achivement was so hard to figure out because people got them randomly...
My clan mate could'nt understand why he got lvl 1 but he was hitting Longo and then he did some pop fight and logged off then when he came back he got it and that was all he did, he did'nt combine any gems at all... so he hit longo's and they had given him 5+ legendary Garnet gems and then he had used the needed amount of shield that's why it trickered....
Lets say you hit the right uber for your next lvl and they drop all the needed amount of legendary gems.. then you log out of game and in 14 days you log into game and spend the needed amount of shield then log off and log back in 3h after then the achivement would level up....
