Wizard of AUS 10-01-2021 17:38The achievements were released first, then in an update later they set the restrictions... my alt is level 30, & has level 8 too because I got it before update - but if I tried it today without account I wouldn't be the required level

Brandon 09-01-2021 00:10It was released during JOT... just highest probability a lvl 34 with lvl 8 will jump on the right square of 511,000 squares while all those people are on 1 map jumping around.... generally only a couple dozen people meet the requirements in home kingdom

Tatty 07-01-2021 08:37There are a lot of dead spaces on all of the kingdoms- where there is a picture of water, and relocs cannot work there.
There is no water in Jot.
So the location of #9 is probably on one of those spots, and can only be taken in Jot.
