Chr w 13-03-2021 17:14Apparently you dont need to be any lv if you look at clan meners in Clan qqlqq in kingdom Werndila #666.
The members are below lv 21 and have the deed, Either they cheating or the guide is wrong... But it is not that easy to try because most kingdoms have som kind of Troll places on x256:y517 with often moth since last login and thy still have shield. I would be nice if They made a cleanup.....

Raivin 08-03-2021 10:03The palace level requiiremnts for this achievement are incorrect. I made it to level 5 before my town hit level 25. So go for it if the spot is availabloe, regardless of what the chart says. And people who hog locations should be shot, after being forced to watch as their shields are forced down, their town pillaged, and their computer burned. Just sayin',
