KFP 22-04-2020 23:07the numbers are no longer accurate, I believe plarium has changed something with one of the updates they had during this time, lvl 4 requires more then 6 now, tried 6 several times now, even took a video and submitted a ticket. But of course Plariums answer was unhelpful as usual, so trying 7 next, and of course this one is not the only one that has changed.
